My very first orange and poppyseed cake! It was surprisingly easy to make, however, I can't post the recipe on here or I might be breaching copyright laws.
I served it to my female work colleagues that I had invited over for lunch at our place. I was a little disappointed by the texture, although my friends assured me the cake was great. My mother enjoyed it too, but I had hoped the texture was lighter.
Anyway, I might repeat this recipe, but I may modify it slightly once I work out how to make a cake lighter and fluffier.
