Career Crisis

It is as simple as this:

Stay in the same role (been in this role almost 3 years) and get little salary increases each year, but enjoy a predominantly 8.00am to 5.00pm job, with plenty of time to do other things outside work - family, social, church activities and ministries.

Or,

Ask for more responsibilities and hopefully a significant salary increase, work harder, learn more, be challenged at work, achieve more work-wise, resume looks great, but out goes the 8.00am to 5.00pm job, it would be more like a 8.00am to 7.00pm job, some weekend work at times, or take work home to do, and less time to do other things outside work........
